Contacts Not Appearing in Address Book, Email Addresses

Hi

I'm having a problem with Outlook addressing. When I select Address Book
from the Tool menu, I get a blank address book pop up; typing in partial
names in the Recipient line for email messages selects addresses from what
appears to be an outdated version of my Contacts list, and my new Contacts
info seems inaccessible.

My questions are:
1) How can I force the Address Book to use the contents of my Contacts?
2) How can I find (and delete) the old contacts data which is somehow
currently being used by the email address functionality?

Thanks,
Chris

Oops, forgot to add that: it's Office XP - I guess that's Outlook 2002?

Thanks,
Chris

Contacts Not Appearing in Address Book, Email Addresses
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book. If it is not listed, back up one step
and add it. If it is, then click on Change. to make sure ONLY Contacts
folder(s) you want to display are listed. You may need to enable the
Contacts Folder as an e-mail address book by R clicking the Folder >
Properties and check the "Show this folder as an E-mail address book" box.
Make sure you restart Outlook after making these changes.
