Tasks - Dragging and Dropping

 Tasks - Dragging and Dropping

Good morning...  I am creating a folder and also three
subfolders for my department in a public folder so
several employees can access it.  We plan to create
various tasks for a long-term project that we will be
working on.  Once the folder is completed we want to move
each tasks to the various sub folders.  Currently, when I
drag and drop these tasks, it just copies the task
instead of moving them.  Since there will be hundreds of
tasks this might get confusing.  Is there a method to
just be able to move these tasks between folders instead
of just copying them?  Thanks!

Check your permissions on the source folder. If you don't have Delete rights, you'll be able to copy only, not move items from that folder.
