Reconfigure Mail in Outlook and names disappear from Express and Address Book
I'm guessing that you switched to Corporate/Workgroup mode? Sharing of OE's
Address Book is only a feature in IMO.
For Hotmail with Outlook you need to use an external utility like Relayer.
