with a user.exe error, I'd almost suspect a problem with the OS. I'd try two
things for starters... detect and repair in outlook and SFC in windows.
Start with system file checker (start > run > type in SFC) Then detect and
repair in outlook. A final option would be to reinstall windows over it's
self. That usually fixes user.exe errors temporarily, a reformat and clean
install is often the only real fix, since they are very hard to track down.
Are you running Dr Watson? If you are crashing often it's generally a good
idea to turn it on.. you might pick up something from looking over the logs.
Which reminds me.. if you are using crash guard turn it off and see if the
crashes stop. That causes more crashes than it prevents. If you have it but
aren't using it, you can use it instead of Doc Watson, just don't use it as
preventive medicine.
