Close all Outlook Windows before exiting

You have to close it before you "Close all Programs and Log-in as a
different user".  That's normal and, as I understand it, is so that the MAPI
services in the background get shut down properly.

The question is not is it normal? but how do we stop it from doing this...
if you can shut it down by clicking the square X thing in the corner then it
can be shut down by windows...

what benefit is there to getting a 'please close outlook you stupid user'
message just to go to outlook, shut it down and then click start, shutdown
windows again...

that's another thing... why do you click start to shut down windows? start
means start not stop...

and why do those pink ducks only have one leg?
