 Close All Outlook Windows Before Exiting Windows
I get the message to close outlook when I try to logoff the computer.
All the other programs will close as long as outlook is closed manually.
I've checked and I'm not using Microsoft word to format my mail.

What's going on?

 Close All Outlook Windows Before Exiting Windows
If you're doing a "Close all programs and log in as a different user" then
the behavior you're describing is normal.  Outlook wants to close all of its
services, etc., in preparation for a new user log-in.
