Is there a way to tell Outlook that I want email to come
in with graphics, etc displayed in the email instead of as
attachments?

I don't typically read newsgroups so would appreciate a
response to my email.

There's no way to get Outlook to show you the pictures as part of the e-mail
you receive.  This is controlled only by the e-mail sender in all versions
of Outlook currently available.

Only if the graphics are embedded not attached to HTML or RTF mail...
otherwise you'll get attachment icons
