 "Post" Icons in Contacts Folder

I recently switched from Lotus Organizer to Outlook 2000, and imported
(after much effort - the Organizer import filter wouldn't work) all my
addresses into Outlook.  However, when I view my contacts in the "phone
list" view, most of the entries have a "post"(?) icon (piece of paper with
thumbtack) in the left-most column, rather than the contact icon.  There
doesn't seem to be any difference in functionality that I can notice, but
Outlook sees these entries as different for some reason.  How can I change
these entries to recognized contacts?

Thanks,
Dave

Do you have a custom form in your Contacts folder. Sometimes the person
changing a form won't set the form's icon and it gets a post icon by
default.

 "Post" Icons in Contacts Folder
At one point, for one of my conatcts, I used the "Design This Form" option,
and tried to add a field for phone extension.  After playing for awhile, I
was able to add the field, but wasn't able to save the data entered, so I
gave up.  I probably did the "Save and Close" routine anyways, so I may have
the custom form you're talking about.

To check, I picked a contact with the post icon.  I used the VB editor,
changed the icon, then saved the contact - success!.  However, a warning
popped up about an embedded macro, and did I want to enable/disable them.  I
said disable - I didn't have a clue.  If this is the only way to change the
icons, it'll be alot of work - I've got close to 600 contacts.

Thanks,

Dave
