Outlook98/2000 reads from the Global Address book and replaces our
internal email address with the real name.  We down load contacts to
Palm V's and want the email address, not the real name.  Is there a way
to turn off this feature?

Nope, can't do this with Outlook.  Your best bet would be to use the
Personal Address Book and use the e-mail address as the display name, as
well as the address--then you could at least view your PAB by e-mail
address.
