Word 97 not seeing Outlook 2000 global address list or contact list

If I open word 97 (Or excel 97) and click "File" "Send To" and choose Mail
recipient my word looks only for internet addresses in (What I guess anyway)
is the default windows address book *.WAB.  Since nonce of the PC's on my
network are using theWAB files (All MAPI mail is on the servers global
address list and all the internet address are in Outlook 2000 contacts
(Stored in PST files on local machines).

I can file sent to from any other application except the office
applications.

Any ideas to fix this.  I don't want to have to duplicate the global and
personal contact lists for each machine because they will have to be
updated.  I would just like to make office 97 see the outlook 2000 contact
and global contact lists.

Thanks

What makes you think Word is using the WAB? The address book in Word should
display any Outlook Address Books that you have enabled as electronic
address books. Do you have the Outlook Address Book Service added to the
Outlook profiles in which these PST files reside and are the Contact folders
therein enabled as electronic address books?
