Opening Others Folders In Outlook 98

Friends--

When you have granted permission to others to view your folders and they go
to File|Open|Other User's Folder the list of "Folder" options is limited
only to default folders.

What if I want to view a folder that a person has created like a second
Calendar folder called "Personal Calendar."  If I give Reviewer permission
for the folder users are still unable to select "Personal Calendar" from the
drop-down menu in "Other User's Folder."  How do I get is listed there, or
how can users view other folders besides Caledar, Inbox, Tasks, etc?  There
must be a way without having to add additional mailboxes in Exchange Server
settings.

Thanks,

Robert

The only work around I know is to drag the Personal Calendar folder to
your desktop.   This should create a .XNK shortcut that you can mail
to the person that you want to be able to open your folder.

You also need Reviewer permission for the top level of the mailbox, and
other users need to add the mailbox through Tools | Services | Exchange
Server | Advanced.
