
Outlook Express - lockup persists (O/S is Windows XP Professional)
I've read your Knowledge Base article # 331923 for
Outlook Express 6 about lockups on switching identities.
I've verified that I have downloaded the SP1 for version
6.00.2800.1123, prior to my current version of OE 6
update of 6.00.2600.0000. My problem with switch
identities problem continues; didn't fix the problem.
I'm currently running Windows XP Professional, OE 6
version 6.00.2600.0000 (XPCLIENT.010817-1148.
The symptom: When I switch identities, OE 6 appears to
close the application to attempt to switch to the other
identity and appears to have closed the OE application.
I cannot get back into OE 6 at all, nor bring up the
previous identity. In short, I have to reboot my system
to get back into the OE application.
I've had this problem since my initial purchase of the
product some 1 year + ago. The files that downloaded
with the OE 6, SP1 patch (6.00.2800.1123) are:

msoeres.ddl
msert2.ddl
oeimport.ddl
wab32.ddl
Any ideas on how to fix this Outlook Express 6 problem?
