Sending Mass Emails via MS Outlook Express 5.01

The Boston Photo Collaborative is a small non-profit organization and
we rely on mass emails as a form of communication.

We send out mass emails (1 email-under 1MB to about 500 people in a
group at once).  Since we imported our address from FileMaker Pro, we
have been unable to send out emails (no more than 100 per hour).

We receive an error message reading, "Server does not recognize
recipients: <com>." (or <net>)

Our ISP (Verizon) informed us that there is no limit on the amount of
addresses that we send out at once.

Does anyone know why we can't send out 1 email to 500 people at once?
Does anyone know how to run schedules (one email to 100 addresses or
more within a timed operation)?

Please let me know.  Thanks,
Heather Beard

Sending Mass Emails via MS Outlook Express 5.01
I wish I could help, but unfortunately Outlook Express is a totally
different product and I'm not qualified to support it.

This newsgroup is for support of Outlook 97, 98, 2000 & 2002 from the
Office
family for Intel PCs. For Outlook Express (OE) support try posting in one
of
these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.inetexplorer.ie4.outlookexpress for OE 4.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x
microsoft.public.internet.mail.mac for the Macintosh version of OE

If those groups aren't carried on the news server that's carrying this
group
try using msnews.microsoft.com (MS's public news server that's the source
for all the microsoft.public newsgroups).

Also a good source of Outlook Express info can be found here:
