I am using Outlook 98 release version and want to use the 'send letter to
contact' feature.  I have defined a letter template (letterhead.dot)  that
includes my letterhead and want to be able to choose it as the format for my
letter.  What do I need to do?  The only choices I get are the basic
templates MSFT predefined (elegant, contemporary, normal, professional).
Please 'reply all' so I get this on email if you don't mind.
