 Two userform questions

Hi all
I have two questions regarding userfoms

1. I have a current userform but the only way to show it is to go into
tools/macros etc, I want to put a command button on the page to show
this userform but I don't want the button to print.
Any ideas.

2. How do I sort an add item list alphabetically.

Thanks for any help (sorry about the x post)

Cheers
Jill

 Two userform questions
Hi Jill,

First, you might get better results posting this in the vba.userforms
newsgroup. I would suggest two posts, one with a subject of "sort add item
list" and the other being "non-printing button needed."

For the non-printing button, consider a custom toolbar with a macro that
displays your form. You may also want to take a look at <URL:
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/HidePrintButton.htm>.

Don't know about sorting. You may want to see if you can find something
through <URL: http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Userforms.htm>.

Hope this helps,

I started to reply in a similar vein, Charles, then looked at the header and
hit the X!

Best is to create a toolbar button and associate it with the macro. Go to
Tools Customize and follow the instructions.

Put the list into an array. Sort the array using the Wordbasic SortArray
command (take a look at
http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/MacrosVBA/WordBasicCommands.htm for more on
this command). Then assign the array to the listbox in one go by assigning
it to the listbox's List property
