 Font Installation through Contorl Panel - Fonts - File - Install New Font

How do I enable/unhide the Install New Font option in the Control Panel - Fonts -
File menu. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Office 2000, as well I have
upgraded the service pack to 6a on this NT 4 machine. Any Ideas??.
