I need the following legal advise.

1. We have VBA that runs on Office 95 suite. Microsoft distributors (at
least in our region) not longer sell license for the older version of
Office, would it be legal if we continue to use Office 95 but acquire the
Office 97 license instead?

2. Since Office 95 media is not obtainable, can we borrow the installation
media from an associate company or our software provider for installation
purpose. In simpler sense, we DO NOT have a copy of the installation media
but we DO have all the neccessary copies of license.

Advise required.
