I'm running a PIII 600 with 448mb of Ram and have never had a problem with
Outlook before.
I just wiped my hard drive clean and installed Windows XP professional as my
OS.  I installed Office 2000 Professional, nearly a full install of it and
Outlook will not even open up.  First time I ran it, I went through the
configuration wizard and then got this error:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2416 ModName: blnmgrps.dll
ModVer: 9.0.0.2601 Offset: 000055fd

Tried to do an Installation repair and full uninstall and reinstall but
nothing works.  I still have this same problem.  Office was the first thing
I installed after the OS install as well.

I can't find anything on Microsoft's web site, the web or newsgroups about a
fix.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
