 calculating night differential

i am trying to make a work schedule also, but it is a
little more complicated. I have a start time and stop
time. I want to make a column for figuring out night
differential. Night D is calculated only for the 1st 8
hours of work, then I dont get paid night D for hours 9
and 10 but then I get paid for night d if i work more than
10 hoursfor the hours after 9 and 10. night D is after
18:00 and before 06:
ex... start time stop time reghours extrahours  night d

          08:00   19:00  =  8:00    2:00     1:00
          06:00   18:00  =   8:00   4:00      0:00
          10:00   23:15  =   8:00   5:00      5:15
          09:00   17:00  =   8:00    0:00     0:00
          09:00   20:00  =   8:00    3:00     1:00
i figured out the colums except the night D column. How do
I calculate night d for the 1st 8 hours of any hours if
any of the hours are between 18:00-06:00( not using my 9th
and 10th hour ) but then calculating the hours between
18:00-06:00 on the overtime hours I work.I will always
have to work at least 8 hours. I hope I explained this
good enouph. I will check this often. Thanx for your help
in advance. If you email me personally please refernce the
subject column as night d so I know to open it
