 write cell value to textbox

Does any one know how the code to write a cell value to a textbox
my cell value in  worksheets("Sheet1").range("d2")
The textbox object is named "HwwDepth" also on Sheet1

 write cell value to textbox
another way is to set the 'control source' property of the textbox at
creation time. Whatever is entered in the cell immediately becomes visible
in the text box, and whatever changes are made to the textbox immediately
appears on the spreadsheet.
Voila - no coding required

Sheets("Sheet1").DrawingObjects(NameOfTheTextbox).Characters.Text  =
worksheets("Sheet1").cells(4,2).value

setting the property of the text box.

 write cell value to textbox
can't be done in 5 I'm afraid. Upgrade due I feel.
The only way is as Allan London said:

textbox1.text=worksheets("MySheet").range("MyCell").value

and the other way around:

Worksheets("Sheet1").Range("a1").Value =
DialogSheets("Dialog1").EditBoxes("Editbox4").Text
