I have had a problem for application designed in Excel 97 under Windows 95 and
using the file in Excel 97 under Windows NT.  The file loads (not automatically
like designed, but at least can manually load the file) ... the big problem is
that one of my userforms when attempting to load shows a message of INVALID
PICTURE!  To test this, I removed every picture from the userform....it still
gave me this message.  The other userforms within the file display ok.

Any known problems in running a userform under Windows NT????
