Down Level Versions of Several MS Products

Some may consider this slightly OT, but I am assuming that where I can
find an old version of Word, I can also find an old version of other MS
apps.

With Word 6.0, Access 2.0, Publisher 2.0 and Excel 5.0 I feel like I'm
driving a Packard while everyone else is tooling around in a Lincoln
Continental.  While I don't feel like following the herd into 2000
territory, I would like to upgrade all the above mentioned apps to their
'95' versions.

I am, rather naively I'm afraid, assuming that Microsoft would sell me a
downlevel version if I could find the right place to ask. I've bounced from
one side of Microsoft's vast web empire to the other without finding any
page that would allow me to do that.

My question is, can I purchase downlevel versions, and if I can, where
specifically must I go to do that?

Thanks in advance for any responses that are meaningful. I will not
entertain arguments as to why I should move all the way up to Office 2000.
