 Disable Enter/Return key

I would like a way (globally if possible) to disable the enter key from
changing to a new record when working on a form. The user should have to
move entirely by tab key or by clicking with mouse.

Thanks for you help in advance.

 Disable Enter/Return key
It's usually not a good idea to disable standard functions, such as the
action of the enter key. Your users may be accustomed to using it for
navigation in other applications and will be upset that it doesn't work the
same way in yours. However, if you really have a need to do it, go to Tools
