In our CW installation, when we open the Address Book, the list
displayed under "Show Names from the:" has Global Address List on top,
followed by all the groups and lists on the GAL, and the Outlook Address
Book and Contacts is on the bottom of the list.  How can I move the
Outlook Address Book/Contacts to the top of the list above the GAL?
This is NOT done with Tools-Services-Addressing.  The list order remains
unchanged when you adjust those settings.
