Cross searching email addresses in 3 Contacts

Here is a HARD OUTLOOK PROBLEM that must have an easy
solution. I have created 3 "contacts". One is for ebay
winning bidders (Contacts), one for paid (Contacts PAID),
and one for sent (Contacts SENT). I have all 3 on my
Outlook Bar. I build a file of information for a person,
then when they pay for an item I go into Contacts and
drag and drop the file into the Contacts PAID on my
Outlook Bar, then when I ship, I drag and drop them into
the Contacts SENT.

PROBLEM- I am looking at an email and the sender is
someone that I move the Contacts SENT. Before, when they
were in Contacts (Main) I could right click and "look up"
and find them, but now it say that it can't find the
contact with the email address. OK. I understand that it
is only looking in the MAIN, but that is stupid. It sould
look in all. Is there a way to have it scan all 3
Contacts? If not I will need to keep switching back and
forth. It seem stupid to not be able to search all
databases

Jeff

Now that the file is in "shipped" contacts, if I look at
an email that has that email address, and right click
then click "look up contact" it says cannot find a
contact with this email address. It is looking for it
only in the main Contacts Folder. That is stupid. Why
cant it look in all the folders. So, it seems to me that
if I have several "contacts", I will need to check each
one.

HELP

Jeff

Are these separate Contacts subfolders you are talking? If so, have you
enabled the subfolders as electronic address books? Look in Properties of
each folder > Outlook Address Book Tab
