 Help me Disable Drag-Fill, Drag-Clear, and Drag-Move

Can the drag (the cell pointer) to fill, clear, and move features be
disabled?

I would like to disable them in a spreadsheet app I am developing because
the features cause so many problems.

Example:  When users attempt to drag the cell pointer to fill, they often
accidentally 'grab' the activecell, and move it instead.

...of course they should respond NO to the 'Are you sure you want to
overwrite...' warning, and of course, they could undo what they did when
they realize they did bad, but they are users, they don't understand these
things.

This problem causes reference errors in all over the place, which frustrates
the user, and support, and causes serious time delays.

These cells must be unprotected for user input (in this case, many rows of
31 columns).

You can turn off D&D (and with it the fill handle) by unchecking "Allow cell
drag and drop" under Tools, Options, Edit.  In code this is
Application.CellDragAndDrop = False.
