Like to know how to convert small caps to big caps & vice versa in
Excel worksheet without retyping (using formulas ?)

Using formulas as you requested....

Look in Help for "UPPER", "PROPER" & "LOWER"

Hi CJ,
This was not provided as reversible but a macro for
conversion of text to SmallCAPS where the lowercase
are converted to capitals but in a smaller pointsize can
be found in the following link.

SMALLCAPS, by PAT FINEGAN, 2000-06-26, misc. Looks better
in bold SMALLCAPS, by PAT FINEGAN.  The Copper Plate Gothic
fonts are the only fonts that came with Excel that do this on their own.
