How can I change some values from decimal point to decimal comma

I have a table generated as text from a program in QBasic.

The values are  printed as numbers with decimal points and I need them
to be placed in some tables with commas as decimal separators instaed
of points.

How can I change in the Excel spreadsheet the numbers to appear as i
need ( with commas as decimal separators)

If the data is Excel is text, a Find/Replace should do it.  Try
formatting the cells as text and see if a find/replace works.  It
seems Excel 2002 will only make the change if there is a 0 in front of
the decimal.  Anything larger and the decimal is deleted, not
replaced.

You could also try adjusting your regional settings such that decimals
are displayed with commas instead of points.
