 Opening Password-Protected File from Command-line

Is it possible to start Excel with an initial file and automatically enter
the password (without a separate password prompt)?

i.e.

excel "MyFile.xls" ...... (password here?)

Thanks in advance.

The following will open a password protected file without the prompt providing
the password is "unknown".
it to open with it.

Workbooks.Open ("C:/book"), password:="unknown"
