reinstalling it ,repairing it ,dosnt fix it. if youlook
at the faq page on microsoft it will tell how to fix it
but it dosnt work , this problem is from the nimda
virus.if you solv this problem please tell me how you did

I haven't been hit, but there have been a few posts that suggest putting a fresh
copy of riched20.dll back in your \windows\system folder would fix it.
