 Excel 2000 Does not Open in WIndows 2000 Professional

I will greatly appreciate if someone can tell me why my Excel 97 application
does not open in Excel 2000 under Windows 2000 when it opens in Excel 2000
under both Windows 95 and Windows 98.

Need a bit more information here. What is your setup and what are you seeing?
Also, PLEASE excuse the question, but are you sure Excel is loaded on the
Windows 2000 system? I only ask because I've seen it happen before
