Outlook 98 and Windows 2000 Professional

I have a client that can receive e-mail but cannot send on the LAN. As the
administrator (on that machine) sending/receiving is no problem. Where in
the registry can I go to fix this, as it is obviously a security problem (i
think).

Thanks in advance.
