 Remove restore option on forms?

I have a form which i want to lock in size - I only want to be able to open
it in full screen only, and obvioulsy close it again.  Any suggestions?

Ranga

In the 'On Load" event do a do.cmd.maximize
(you may want to put a do.cmd.restore on the OnExit evnt to put things back
the way they were)

then just change the properties of the border to thin, or dialog etc. which
won't be resizeable.

Another thought....the easiest way to avoid people resizing the form is to
put a do.cmd.maximize in the event of the OnResize property. Then you don't
have to worry about messing with which buttons are active etc.
Every time they try to resize it instantly maximizes....

I've now put the docmd.maximize on all the events that might work, and
nothing will ensure that the form is only ever viewed in full screen mode!
:(

It just won't revert back to full screen mode, no matter what!

I may have to think of another work around.

Thanks anyway,
Ranga

I'm assuming that you turned off the min/max buttons under the properties as
well ??   That didn't work??
