How to insert the document location info in a Word document

All I want to do is have the file location of my document
print at the bottom.  Example: C:/mydocuments/etc, etc etc.
Please help.  I can't figure out how to ask the help
menu.

You don't say what version of Word you have, but if it's Word 97 or above,
there is an Insert AutoText menu on the Header and Footer toolbar. Choose
"Filename and path" from the menu, and this will do just what you want. If
you have an earlier version of Word, you'll have to insert the field
yourself using Insert | Field or by typing Filename \p, selecting it, and
pressing Ctrl+F9 (or you can press Ctrl+F9 to insert the field delimiters,
then type between them). Alt+F9 if necessary to toggle the display from
field code to field results.

>On your menu bar, click "insert", then "auto text",

then "header/footer", then you can click either "filename"
or "filename and path".  This will allow you to enter your
file location and path anywhere on your document!!

Goto Header & Footer (via View menu), header & footer toolbar appears.
Click the 3rd icon (toggles between heading and footer)  to the left of the
close button.
Cursor should now be blinking to the left of the dashed outlined boxed
footer area.
Click on "Insert Autotext" button ( H & F toolbar), scroll down to "filename
and path".
Then close the the H & F toolbar.   Save and close your document.  Next time
you open/print
the document, path and filename will be shown.
