I import sometimes 100's of crosstab tables in rtf format into Word.  I
bring them into Word to format them (bold, autoformatting, etc.) and make
them look better than my standard output.

First, is there a way to select all tables in a document, not just one?

I sometimes use auto format (under the table menu) and choose List1 which
shades every other line like greenbar.  My only problem is the shading is
too dark.  I can adjust on a line by line basis but it takes way to long.
Is there a way to search and replace formatting are can a change the
prebuilt formats in Word.
