 Drag and Drop OE5

As per a suggestion by David Cortright, I went out and got myself a copy
of CarbonLib 1.2.5 trying to fix my drag and drop issues within OE5.

I am currently running Mac OS 9.2 with CarbonLib 1.4
Switching back to 1.2.5 did not solve my problem!

Any other guesses out there as to what's up??
