convert outlook express 4.5 on mac e-mails to outlook in Win2000

I've been looking to convert to Outlook Express for Windows, and it
seems that Microsoft's "official" way is to essentially mail your messages
to yourself again. Search the web for conversion programs, though...while
there wasn't anything to get into Outlook Express I think there was one or
two for Outlook and other programs.
