I had a contacts folder which I made visible as an Outlook address folder.
That folder got so big my EA got ambitious and split it into 4 and then
deleted the original folder. Yet the original folder still is in my contact
list when addressing email.

I can't figure out how to deleted a deleted contact folder. Outlook Help
tells you to go into the file list and click on the offending folder and
uncheck the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book." But when it isn't
in the folder list, how do you remove it?
