.pst file incompatability between Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP

I cannot open .pst files imported from my office computer
to my home computer via pcanywhere.
Office: Windows 2000 Professional, Office 2000
Home: Windows XP, Office 2000
I have been told this is a problem with XP.  Is there any
way to do this?
