Blocking one Contact email address from other Contacts

This may not be what you are looking for, but if you put all their addresses
in the BCC list instead of the TO list, none of them will even know who else
got the message, let alone what their email address is...

Hope that helps.

Blocking one Contact email address from other Contacts
Hi,

We use Outlook 98 to send messages to about 40 independent Reps that we have
across the United States.  We have them all setup as Contacts in Outlook.
Sometimes we would like to send messages to all of them at the same time.
Ie. all of the names will be in the To: field.  Can we set up them so that
Rep A cannot see Rep B, Rep C, ...  email accounts?  We only want them to
see Rep A <e-mail>, Rep B <e-mail>, etc.  We do not know what e-mail
packages that the reps have.  Some have hotmail accounts, some have aol
accounts and some have other accounts.

Are there any settings in Outlook to send messages and block the Contact's
actual e-mail accounts?

Thanks,

Brian

You could use Word to send the emails using mailmerge.  Not hard to set up
from Word and very effective
