All of a sudden, I am unable to receive any messages using Outlook Express
5.01.  I can send messages, and I can receive messages using other email
clients, and Outlook has worked fine for me up until late September....
PLEASE HELP!!!  Here's the error message I've been getting:
A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account:
'worldshare.net', Server: 'mail.worldshare.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19.  I cannot find an error message
number "0x800CCC19" in the Microsoft Knowledge Base, either.
