After changing the send format to "text" only, some recipients are still not
receiving attached files in the proper format.  According to the knowledge
base each recipient has to be changed by clicking on the email address and
changing properties so that outlook does not choose the format.  Plain text
has to be chosen separately for each addressee. This is a pain in the neck.
Is there another global setting, other then simply changing the send format
to text, that will change this behaviour and will Microsoft be issuing a
patch?
