Putting contact information on one letter using a preformatted lettered

I am a new user of Outlook and I need to send letters to
individual contacts.  I already know you can use the
wizard however how do you get a pre formatted letter head
from your company to show up as a page design?  I have
tried reading several books and articles with no sucess.
This is a feature in ACT that I used to use however I
cannot do with Outlook.  Can anyone help?

Is the letterhead in Word format?  If so, you could do a mail merge from
Word using your Outlook contacts as the data source.  Your version of Word
would have to be the same as your version of Outlook for this to work, as
well (i.e. both 2002).
