Try right-clicking the Language bar and select "Additional icons in
Taskbar".

Otherwise what do you mean by "toolbar area"? At the top of the screen?

|minimize the Language bar in office it appears in the tool
|bar area instead of an "EN" in the taskbar area. Any
|Ideas? Just interested in why.
