I have a client who wants to give staff access to Quoting Templates. The

Once staff have used a template, it needs to be saved and referenced.
Does anyone know of a tangible solution that allows staff to access Word and
Excel templates, save the files accordingly to the prospects name so other
staff can see if a quote has been done for that client previously??
Normally a CRM would take on this role but the budget is tight....
