Office 97 when using word  user's document has no text formatting.
Then if this user closes and reopens the document, the text is correctly
formatted.
The user may or maynot be the author of the document.
Only happens on 1 user
Dell Lattitude Windows 95 network documents

I'm guessing that they open the file first through File/Open and the
second time with the Recently Used List under File, correct?

Have them take a look in File/Open and Files of Type. This should be
set to "Word Documents" not "Recover Text from Any File"
