importing OE address book from Mac version 5.0 to Windows version 6.0

importing OE address book from Mac version 5.0 to Windows version 6.0

I can't figure out how to import, or export/import my
address book from my Macintosh OE vers. 5.0 into my
Windows OE vers. 6.0.

I was hoping that Microsoft would make this an easy thing
to do, but if so, I am unable to get it.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have already tried exporting contacts from the Mac
version, but this does not give a .csv file.  On the
other end, I can't seem to map fields when importing
several versions of this Mac export file (I've saved in
word as an rtf, resaved in Windows word as .txt, but have
so far not figured out how to save it as a .csv). What
shows up is only one field - presumably since there are
no commas separating the fields, OE thinks it is all one
field. Question- if I get a .csv file, will there then be
more fields that I can map (logically so)?

I will try routing this file through a database, from
which I know I can export as .csv file.  What a lot of
hoops to go from microsoft to microsoft!!
Thanks!!!

On the MAC export it as an LDIF file.  OE can import that.

I've got OE v. 5.06 on the Mac, and there is no "save
as..." option. It will only save in one default format
apparently, which is the one that won't work. Now what?
Thanks.
