For instance at the top it shows:
file - edit - view - insert - format - tools - message - help

under that it shows:
send - cut (preyed out) - copy (preyed out) - paste (preyed out) -
undo - check - spelling

I don't know what I did but my hand shake so much that I
really messed things up.  Can someone help me, please?

I don't think you have done anything wrong. Some of the buttons will not
appear for use unless you actually need to use them. For instance, in
this mail that I am sending to you, my cut and copy are greyed out,
because I have not highlighted anything that I want to cut/copy. If I
place my cursor in the text and highlight something to cut/copy, the
buttons then appear. Hope this makes sense and is what happens for you.
Try creating a new mail, (to send to yourself) and play around with
things. If the buttons do not then appear, post back and we will try and
help again.
