Using REGEDIT.EXE, make your way to My
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\({a long identity number that is
yours})\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0\Dont Show Dialogs. In the
right panel, double left click on Mail Empty Subject Warning. Change the
value to 0. Click OK and exit REGEDIT.
